Wanda Mae Butts, 90, passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2021 in Denton, Texas. She was born in Fenton, Michigan on March 11, 1931 to George and Gladys Miller. Wanda was passionate about her nursing career and helping people. After many years at Flow Hospital she found her true passion by helping people that were homebound and taking directly to them.  As a huge animal lover Wanda adopted and rescued many dogs and cats over her many years in Denton.

She is survived by her sons, Mike Butts, Les Butts, Sister Shirley Byington and Nephew Danny Byington.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Gladys Miller, and husband, Robert Butts.

The family will be at DeBerry Funeral Directors on Saturday, April 3, 2021 from 2-4:00p.m. for visitation, Graveside services will be held on Monday, April 5th at 10:00 a.m. at Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton, Texas.
