Wanda Joyce Godi Daniel, 92, of Sanger, passed away Tuesday at home with her family by her side. She was born September 25, 1932, in Gainesville, to John and Eula Lollar Godi. She attended Texas Woman's University and obtained her nursing certification. She was a nurse at Flow Memorial Hospital in Denton and Lewisville Memorial Hospital in Lewisville.

She married Jimmy Rogers Daniel on June 24, 1950, he preceded her in death on March 3, 2004.

Visitation will be at the Hilltop Church, 819 W. Sherman Dr. in Aubrey on Friday, November 1, 2024 from 6-8:00 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held 9:30 am Saturday, November 2, 2024 at Hilltop Church in Aubrey with burial to follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton.

She is survived by daughter Tammy and her husband Gary Sweatman. Grandchildren Stephanie Waide and her husband Justin Waide of Sanger, Tiffany Brewer and her husband Adam Brewer of North Richland Hills, Tory Sweatman and  great grandson Beckham Sweatman of Sanger.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband J.R. Daniel and son Rick Daniel.
