Obituary
Warren Jesse Hoffpauir, 89, went to be with his Lord on March 6, 2015. He was born July 10, 1925 in Estherwood, LA, son of Saline A. and Jesse S. Hoffpauir.
He is survived by his children, Judy Chappell and husband Jim of Chanute, KS, Susan Bolte and husband Merle of Aubrey, son, Randy Hoffpauir and wife Molly of Denton, several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Eleanor, his parents and two siblings, Ann and Harvey.
Warren was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. He had been a member of Lions International for 65 years. He retired after 36 years as comptroller with Transport Systems. He served his country during World War II with the U.S. Navy.
Visitation will be Monday, March 9, 2015 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at DeBerry Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be at St. Paul Lutheran Church on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Russell Tieken officiating.
Memorials can be made to the Denton Evening Lions Club Scholarship Fund or St. Paul Lutheran Church
