W.C. Beck, Jr., 83, of Krum passed away April 29th, 2025, at his home. Winfred Claude Beck, Jr. was born in Boliver, Texas, on September 23, 1941, to W.C. and Frances Beck.

He graduated from Denton High School, Class of 1959. He married Betty Ruth Cunningham on May 10, 1958.

W.C. worked for his father at Beck's Garage and later owned Beck's Automotive. He retired from Peterbilt Motors in Denton.

The family will be at DeBerry Funeral Directors on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.

Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m., with Rev. Buddy Owens officiating. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton.

W.C. is survived by his wife, Betty Beck, of Krum; son, Kevin Beck, and wife Lisa, of Denton; grandchildren, Taylor Beck and wife Tonya, of Argyle; and their three sons, Tanner, Tegan, and Tatum; Preston Beck and fiancée Melissa Camp, of Aubrey.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Lona Joyce Deal, brother Charles Beck, and his wife, Nancy Beck, of Denton.
