Willard D. Kile's Obituary

Willard D. Kile, 74, of Justin passed away on January 14, 2019 in Justin. He was born on March 8, 1944 to Clovie Robert and Inez(Ray) Kile in Dallas, Texas.

Willard and Carol were married for 51 years.  They moved to Justin, Texas in 1983 when Willard decided he wanted to build his own house.  Willard loved his vegetable garden and was known for his great tasting tomatoes.  Willard worked for Bell Helicopter for 38 years when he retired.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Kile, sons; Lee Kile of Roanoke, Texas, Keith Kile and wife Lacinda of Mabank, Texas, daughters; Kim Strange of Justin, Tammy White and husband Robert of Justin, 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.  He is also survived by his brother, Willis Kile of Euless, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his mother and father, sisters; Nora Gail Alcorn and Shirley Kile, brothers; Clovie Kile, Bobby Kile and Monroe Kile.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 20, 2019 at DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton, Texas from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, January 21, 2019 at 9:00 AM at Gospel Light Baptist Church in Roanoke, Texas with Pastor Doug Ellis Officiating. Interment will follow at the Dallas/Ft. Worth National Cemetery.
