Obituary
Willette Frances Lang, a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt, went to our Lord on August 1, 2013, where she joins her three sisters Patricia, Mary, and Lola. She was born in East St. Louis, IL, on December 1, 1938, and died in Arlington, TX. Billie, to her family and friends, married Nathan Lang on September 24, 1960. They were happily married for 52 years and 11 months.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Nathan, her daughters, Elizabeth Sokul and Michele Lang, her son-in-law Stan Sokul, her grandsons, Nathan, Daniel, and Christian Sokul, and her nieces and nephews. She was a soul mate to her husband, a mentor to her daughters, nieces, and nephews, and a best friend to her grandsons. She is dearly missed.
The memorial service will be held Monday, August 5, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Mark Catholic Church, 2800 Pennsylvania Drive, Denton, TX 76205.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Kidney Cancer Association in honor of Billie's memory.
