Obituary
William Louis Austin, 88, of Sanger, passed away on Thursday, December 06, 2012. He was born on February 2, 1924 in Denton County to Ray Austin and Onie Blevins Austin. He was married to Marnell Clearman for 67 years, who has preceded him in death. He served in the United States Army during WWII.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 7, 2012 from 5-7 pm at DeBerry Funeral Directors. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 8, 2012 in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors with Joey Vick officiating.
William is survived by his daughter, Cindy Preas; sons, Sam and Ed Austin; brother, Raymond Austin; 6 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife; his parents; and sister, Thelma Parks.
