William Charles Bryan, 92, of Ponder went to be with the Lord on October 6, 2016 surrounded by his family. He was born on October 10, 1923 in Dallas, Texas to Samuel and Lula Bryan. He was married to the late Barbara Gourley Bryan, who preceded him in death.

William was a farmer until the day he retired. He was a hard working man, who will be missed by all his family and friends.

William is survived by his four daughters, Connie Sink, Martha Magana and David, Mary Thompson and husband Randy, Stacy Suits and husband Kyle, eight grandchildren, Mendy Echols and husband Jeff, Karen Wagner and husband Nick, Bryan Magana, Chris Parr and wife Joyce, Aaron Parr and wife Janie, Megan Dillard And husband Johnny, Wade Thompson and wife Shelby, Zach Thompson and wife Shandy and nine great grand-children.

He is preceded in death by his wife Barbara Bryan, parents, Samuel and Lula Bryan, grandson, Clint Thompson, great grandson Colin Echols, son-in-law Bobby Sink, two sisters, Rachel Pool, Gertrude Copeland and brother, Sam Bryan Jr.

Visitation will be Sunday October 9, 2016 at DeBerry Funeral Directors from 2:00 P.M. till 3:00 P.M. Graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M, Monday October 10, 2016 at Jackson Cemetery in Krum, Texas.

Mr. Bryan's family would like to thank Zelda Loyd and family for all the wonderful care for dad.
