Obituary
William "Bill" Kent Rider, 63, of Denton passed away on March 4, 2016 in Corinth, Texas. He was born on October 10, 1952 in Chickasha, Ok. to Ralph and Betty (Curtis) Rider.
Bill was a graduate of Denton High School and went to work for Safeway Groceries in Denton after school. He remained with Safeway and was promoted to Market Manager. After leaving Safeway, he was a Co-Owner of Johnathan's Club in Denton.
He is survived by his mother and father, Ralph and Betty Rider of Denton, Son, Kent Rider and his wife Lauren of Sanger, two grandchildren, Brittney Kay Rider and Ashley Nicole Rider. He is also survived by his significant other Cheryl Welborn and family along with many cousins and many friends.
The family will receive friends at DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton, Texas on Saturday, March 12, 2016 from 2-4 PM.
