William Allan McNelis Blackwell, 45, of Arlington, TX. passed away on May 23, 2019. He was born on May 8, 1974 in Dallas, Texas to William and Gene Blackwell.

He attended Sam Houston High School and DeVry Technical School. He was a loving brother, uncle and friend. He was kindhearted and loyal to all he met.

William is survived by his sisters, Kelly Dorman of Caldwell, Texas, Shelly Bennett of Burleson, Texas and brother, Lance Blackwell of Amarillo, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his mother and father.

A graveside service will be held on June 1, 2019 at 10:30 AM at Oakwood Cemetery in Denton, Texas with the Rev. Wiley Dorman officiating.
