William Thomas (Bill) Hutson was born June 26, 1919 to Dony and Gordon Hutson in Little Elm Texas. They preceded him in death.
During World War II, he served in North Africa and Europe, receiving medals and commendations for valor and bravery in the field of battle. He served twenty years in the United States Air Force.
He married Claudia Marie (Nikii) Jones upon returning from the War. They were married November 29, 1945. They lived in several places around the world. He then spent fifteen years working in the private sector. Since that time, they have lived in Denton and Sun City in Georgetown, Texas.
He is survived by two sons: Johnny Hutson and Mickey Hutson, three Grandchildren and four Great Grandchildren. He is also survived by one sister, Orpha Marion of Lubbock, Texas and one brother, Jerry Hutson of Little Elm, Texas and several Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Jimmie and Carrol and two sisters, Myra Jean Tolleson and Ernestine Feuhs. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Bill was a good and decent man who loved his family and was loved in return. His memory will be cherished always by all of us.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 Saturday, June 16 at Little Elm Cemetery, Little Elm, Texas. Services will be conducted by Ross Thomson. Family members and friends will be invited to share memories of Bill and his life. Pallbearers will be Jerry Hutson and Gordon Nixon and Sam and Tom Jones. Honorary pallbearers will be his Sons, Johnny and Mickey.
