Winston Clay Coffey, 27, of Oglesby, Texas went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 8, 2017 in Denton, Texas. He was born on July 23, 1990 in Gatesville, Texas to Roger Lewis and Irma Marie (Gomez) Coffey.

Winston attended North Lakes Community College and was the President of the Student Veterans Association.  Winston was currently attending UNT studying Kinesiology.  He was an Iraqi Combat Veteran 2009-2010.

Winston is survived by his father, Roger and his wife Sandra Coffey, his mother, Irma Kastings and her husband Chance, sister Brittany Sweeney and husband Chris, brother, Roger Lewis Coffey Jr., step-brothers Jason and Josh Callahan, nephews, C.J. Sweeney & Bennett Sweeney.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 13, 2017 from 6-8 P.M. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. both will be held at DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton, Texas. Burial will follow at Post Oak Cemetery in Oglesby, Texas.
