Chet Thomas Wheeler, born on July 21st, 1969 in Anaheim California, passed away on August 20th, 2022 in Ashland, Kentucky.

Chet met his sweet loving caring wife in Memphis, TN where they both worked for the airlines in 1992. It was then on August 28th, 1993, when they married in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Afterwards, they lived in Memphis, TN in December of 1995. Chet went to work as an Aircraft technician for FedEx Express. He had to go out to Los Angeles to start. After 21 months, he then took a transfer back to Memphis where they lived for another year. He and his wife then made the move to North Texas in 2001 where they built their house in planted roots in Rhome, TX. He worked in Dallas-Fort Worth for 16 years, then did some traveling with his job to a couple of smaller stations. He then came back to Texas and there he worked at Alliance-Fort Worth up until July 4th, 2022, when he took a transfer to Louisville, KY.

He attended Denton high school and after he graduated, he went to a trade school where he received his A & P license and became an Aircraft Technician.

He enjoyed camping and fishing and he even tried hunting a few times. He also loved working on cars and just working in his shop.

He was proceeded in death by his Loving Mother, Carolyn Jane Thomas Wheeler, his paternal grandparents, Travis and Laura Marie Thomas of Gainesville, TX, and paternal grandparents Derrald Eugene and Ethel Irene Holford Wheeler of Sweethome, Oregon.

He is Survived by his loving, caring wife Kelly Ann Cline Wheeler of Rhome, Texas, father Donald H Wheeler and wife (Jan) of Denton, Texas, brother Scott B. Wheeler and Sister in Law Cathy of Lewisville, Texas, Brother In law Christopher William Cline and his wife Stephanie of Wildwood, Florida, nephew Evan R. Cline and wife Jessica of Wildwood, Florida, Nieces Sydney Taylor Cline and Emmilyn Grace Cline, both from Elizabethtown, Kentucky, his Aunt Melody Helton of Gainesville, Texas, along with cousins and many friends that loved him.
