Christopher Lee Hawkins passed away in Krum, Texas on Monday, April 10th, 2023. He was born in Vernon, Texas on January 25th, 1971. His parents are Ronnie and Melanie Hawkins. Chris married Michelle Easterling in Denton, Texas on August 14th, 1992 and later had their daughter Logan on February 10th, 1995. Chris became a grandpa on August 27th, 2022 to Whitley Michelle Allen. Chris worked as an HVAC Technician for 32 years and enjoyed being with family, spending time outdoors, and helping others in need. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Alvie and Estelle Reedy and his brother-in-law Andrew Barrows.

Visitation will be held at DeBerry Funeral Home on Monday, April 17th, 2023 from 5PM to 7PM. Funeral services are scheduled for 10AM, Tuesday, April 18th, 2023, also at DeBerry's.

Chris is survived by his wife of over 30 years Michelle Hawkins, daughter Logan Allen, son-in-law Tanner Allen, grand-daughter Whitley Allen, his parents Ronnie and  Melanie Hawkins, his two sisters Beth Jordan and Lesli Watson, her husband John Watson, his cousin Grant Reedy, and numerous other family members.
