IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Chyvonne Colette
Pack
October 27, 1962 – June 11, 2019
Chyvonne Colette Pack, 56, of Sanger passed away on June 11, 2019 in Denton. She was born on October 27, 1962 in Denton to John Smith and Marjorie (Cole) Braxton
She graduated from Mesquite High School, and then after moving to SC with her mother she met Robert Pack and his 2 girls. She adopted his/their 2 daughters shortly after marrying Robert. She never could have any children of her own so this was a great blessing to her and her children. If not for her, these girls could've gone anywhere and would have never known their father.
She started out saving lives at a young age and it continued on from there when she went on to graduate the University of South Carolina with a BS in Nursing. She moved back to Texas, she and her mother then opened the first donut shop in Sanger, Texas, "The Ye Olde Sweete Shoppe".
Once she had her first grandchild Cobie, she then became a NANA, and her love for children grew. As the kids turned into teens she acquired many more "grandchildren", even though she only had 4 of her own. She was NANA to so many more. Nanas house was the house where all kids were welcomed with a hug and her beautiful smile and heart full of love.
She is survived by her daughters, Anita Osborne, husband Brian and thier daughter Dallys Pack of Manning, South Carolina, daughter, Cayce Hardy and her husband Terry and their children, Cobie Long, Kayleigh Long and Kharysma Hardy of Sanger, Texas, sister, Tammy Braxton of South Carolina. She is also survived by her aunt, uncle and several cousins. She was "Nana" to Nessa Gonzales, D.J. Carson, Jordan Williams, Adrian Cantu and Dillon Ramirez.
She is preceded in death by her mother and father, grand-parents and grandchild, Cason Pack and several aunts and uncles.
The family will receive friends at DeBerry Funeral Directors on Sunday, June 16, 2019 from 1-3PM. Funeral Services will be held in The Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors on Monday, June 17, 2019 at 2:00 PM.
