Gregory Don Price transitioned to be with his Lord and Savior on February 9 ^th , 2023. He was born on October 26, 1958, in Denton, Texas, to Elmer Don Price, Jr. and Peggie Jo Fox-Price. Greg graduated from Denton High School in 1977. Greg took several computer classes after high school and landed his dream job as an IT specialist with Texas Instruments at the Lewisville location where he worked for 20 plus years until they closed the plant. After that, Greg worked at several other IT companies around Dallas until his health started failing and he had to take a disability retirement. Greg enjoyed traveling and going out to dinner with friends and family.

Greg loved his family and was very, very close to his mother. All his childhood he looked out for his mother and once he became independent and moved out of his parent's house to his apartment in Carrollton, he continued to check on his mother and supply her with whatever she needed. Greg was an incredible caregiver once his mother became ill. His mother used to say, "if it wasn't for Greg looking after me, I would probably have to go into a nursing home." Peggie was truly blessed to have such a caring and loving son. When Greg's mother passed away last year, he was devastated and never seemed to accept her passing. It broke his heart to lose his mother, best friend, and confidant.

Greg was preceded in death by his father, Elmer D. Price, Jr., his mother, Peggie J. Fox-Price, and his brother, Jeffrey L. Price. Greg leaves to cherish his memories, his sister, Darlene Price of Denton, Texas, three aunts, Bettie Fox- McKinney of Sanger, Texas, Christine McAdams of Denton, Texas, and Carolyn Price-Hughes (Marvin) of Houston, Texas, and a host of cousins and great friends.

A viewing will be available on Friday, February 17, 2023 from 12:00 PM (noon) until 5:00 PM at the DeBerry Funeral Home in Denton, TX. A visitation will take place at the funeral home as well on Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. A service will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at the DeBerry Funeral Home starting at 12:00 PM (noon). Internment will follow at the Oakwood Cemetery in Denton, TX.
