Michael was born April 26, 1954 in Waco Tx.  His parents were Richard and Dorothy Walsh, both preceding him in death.  Also preceding him in death is our oldest son who was still born, Jason Michael Walsh whom I'm sure was waiting right there for Michael.

Michael is survived by his wife Roxanne and his four adult children Jessi Burris, Heather Coleman, Allen Walsh and Justin Walsh.  Grandchildren Miriam, Micah Gabriel and Merissa Waller, Danielle Burris and Jack Coleman.  Michael is also survived by his brother Mark and his family.

Michael graduated St. Mark's high school in Dallas.  He then went to Sewanee College in Tennesee and got his Bachelors in Psychology.  He worked at Denton State School for 40years, the last few were as a Behavior Therapist.  A good friend helped him get on.    They weren't going to hire him except that this good friend knew Michael's worth.  Michael attended UNT and graduated with a Masters in counseling while raising 4 children.

Michael loved music, reading, watching movies with his family, hiking, and road trips.  Most of all, he loved visiting with family and friends, especially the family dinners.
