Roger Earl Williams, 76 of Denton, Tx., passed away on February 9, 2023 in Ft. Worth, Tx. He was born in Ft. Worth, Tx. on August 23, 1946 to Roy and Rosa Williams.

He married Sharon Polk on December 1, 1990, in Fort Worth, Tx. He was employed by Citi Bank as a finance officer. He enjoyed reading and watching football. He was very active in his church, Gateway Baptist Church in Denton.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon Williams of Denton, and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, and sister, Robby Williams.

Visitation will be held at DeBerry Funeral Directors on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at Gateway Baptist Church in Denton, Tx. On Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 10:00 AM, with Rev. Buddy Owens officiating. Interment will follow at Laurel Land Cemetery in Ft. Worth, Tx.
