Vicki Webb, of Justin, Texas passed away on June 16, 2018  at her home. She was born on March 17, 1957 in Izmir, Turkey to Kelly and Marie Payne.

She retired from the Texas Department of Transportation after 29+ years of service. She loved spending time with her family and friends and working in her yard. Her dogs were very special to her.

She is survived by her brother, Gary Payne and his wife Stephanie of Mineral Wells, Cousin, Jackie Parker and her husband Don of Justin and aunt, Liz Jonas of Fort Worth.

She is preceded in death by her mother and father and sister, Paula Payne.
